Cabernet Franc Tasting
A blind tasting featuring Cabernet Francs from top regions around the world, paired with small bites crafted to highlight each wine’s character. Guests scored each wine – with a prize for the most accurate palate.

A 50th Birthday to Remember
An elegant evening for ten couples, beginning with Champagne and appetizers, followed by a multi-course dinner with dual wine pairings for each course. The night ended with a birth-year Port and desserts – all set to a custom playlist.

Building a Collection
A private cellar consultation for a couple growing their 100-bottle collection. We organized their wines by style and aging potential, identified what to drink versus hold and created a plan to expand to 250 bottles with new regions, varietals and price points.

Wine & Beer Together
A relaxed weekend retreat for six couples (without kids) – an extended happy hour featuring cocktails, wine, and craft beers alongside chef-prepared small plates. Casual, social, and full of laughter.

Most tastings are typically 6–25 guests, though larger groups can be accommodated.

Yes!  We can design beverage menus to match your theme & guest preferences, including beer & non-alcoholic choices. We’ll curate and handle all service.

We can include light pairings or coordinate a full menu through our chef. We often design wine tastings with food, as an accompaniment or, use our private chef to create a full food-and-wine experience.
