Who We Are

Curated Poured Plated was built on the belief that hospitality should feel effortless – for both host and guest. We’re driven by the idea that taste, care, and connection never go out of style.

Every detail – from the first planning conversation to the final plate cleared – reflects that mindset. We take pride in professionalism, but even more in how people feel when the evening ends: that sense of “wow” when every detail has exceeded expectations.

Meet Jeff

Jeff Orlik has spent his life at the intersection of food, wine, and hospitality. His career has mixed corporate, culinary, and creative paths – all leading back to what matters most: creating experiences that bring people together.

After running a top-rated B&B and wine-focused property in Napa Valley, Jeff returned to Texas to blend that experience with his lifelong love of food, wine and genuine hospitality. He founded Willow Grove Estate, a private retreat and culinary venue in the Texas Hill Country, which became the foundation for what is now Curated Poured Plated – a reflection of decades spent cooking, tasting, hosting, and listening.

Rooted in both structure and creativity, Jeff’s approach is simple: care about the details, honor the craft and make people feel they are the priority. His kitchen instincts are sharp, his hospitality is sincere, and every meal or tasting he leads is guided by the belief that great experiences start with sincerity and end with connection.
